Summary
I am a Wireless Systems Engineer at Google. Before joining Google, I was at Qualcomm (Corporate R&D) in San Diego and, before that, I received my Ph.D. in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2013. At UT, I was part of the Wireless Networking and Communications Group (WNCG) working with Prof. Robert W. Heath, Jr. My dissertation was titled "Interference Alignment from Theory to Practice". I interned at the University of California, Berkeley in the Summer of 2007 and at Samsung Electronics in the Summers of 2011 and 2012.

- My paper titled “Spatially Sparse Precoding in Millimeter Wave MIMO Systems” won the 2017 IEEE Marconi Prize
- Our paper titled "Channel Estimation and Hybrid Precoding for Millimeter Wave Cellular Systems" won the 2016 IEEE Signal Processing Society Young Author Best Paper award
